Can multiple users access the same account?      (15 Nov 2000)

Your Streetdata account can be altered to allow access to one or two users, or a whole organization. A multi-user account can be segmented for use by different departments and cost-centres within an organization.
Accounts can be remotely administered by an account or IT manager by logging into the account via the Streetdata member login page.
 


Can I reconfigure my Streetdata account?      (14 Dec 2010)

Your account may be edited using member login and completing your login details. Alternatively, contact Streetdata support on 02 9130 1997 or email support@streetdata.com.au for assistance.
 


Why doesn't the system accept my password?      (04 Jun 2001)

The Streetdata passwords are case sensitive (for example, K4hVd and k4HvD are not equivalent). Please make sure that your password is properly capitalized and your CAPS LOCK key is not engaged when entering your password.
